Develop teaching materials such as handouts, study material exercises or quizzes.
Prepare course outlines.
Prepare lesson plans or learning modules for tutoring session according to the students’ need and goals.
Review class material with students by discussing text, working solution to problems, or reviewing worksheet or other assignments.
Provide encouragement and positive motivation to students.
Assist student in completing work.
Communicate students’ progress to students, parents or teachers in written progress reports, in person, by phone, or by email.
Assess students’ progress throughout tutoring sessions.
Participate in training and development sessions to improve tutoring practices or learn new tutoring techniques.
Attending orientation sessions and regular meetings arranged for tutors.

Candidate must be a Degree holder or above in related subjects.
Must possess own transport.
Can work under pressure, hardworking and great teamwork.
Good command of both written & spoken Malay, English and Mandarin (will have advantage).
Good academic results in corresponding subjects.
Advance with experience.
Patient, positive and passionate about education.
Excellent presentation skills.
Good class management skills.
Efficient time management
Creative and able to foster fun learning environment.

Work with the lead teacher to monitor the class schedule
Assist teacher with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment
Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean
Collaborated with the lead teacher to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solution.
Motivate and encourage students
Helping with tuition event, trips and activities.

Candidate must be at least have SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA
Must possess own transport
Can work under pressure
Good command of both written & spoken Malay, English and Mandarin (will have advantage)
Able to teach SJK(C) students
Patient, positive and passionate about education
Hardworking and great teamwork

Perform classroom teaching duties when necessary
Mentor the tutors to encourage collaborative approaches to learning, teaching & professionalism
Provide teaching material and arrange class schedule for tutor
Provide guidance to tutors on the use of mobile application to manage students progress
To monitor centre operations including planning, coordinating, and communication.
Overseeing the smooth running of daily operations for the centre
Administer daily and monthly reports
Coordinating and facilitating classes for the centre if need arise
Coordinating marketing and sales activities at branch
Handle administrative, security, operational, financial, resource matters
Handle of all fee payments and follow up on fees arrears
Handle walk-ins, customer requests and complaints onsite, social media
Assist parents and students on learning program selection
Liaising with instructors, parents and students
To assist in administrative matters and parents/students affairs

Possesses at least a bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 1-2 years in a manager-level position
Experience working in enrichment or tuition centres is an added advantage
Strong sense of adaptability and leadership
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
Goal-driven individual with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drives the growth of the centre
Positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality with the passion for customer service.
