• Members have access to a variety of activities, including workshops, seminars, social events, and exclusive content. The specific activities will be listed in our program schedule, and a Shu Ren Reward label will be attached to each event in the poster.

• To purchase a Shu Ren Event Passport, you have two options: either fill out the application form on our website or reach out to us via WhatsApp at 016-815-6282. Following this, kindly transfer the fee to the provided bank account. Upon receipt, we will promptly confirm with you and inform you of the passport collection date.

  
  
  

Participants will earn points simply by participating in certain events organized by Shu Ren Learning Centre. The number of reward points is determined by the quantity of points earned through participation from the specific event or activity by Shu Ren (each event or activity offers a different number of points). It is important to remember that participants should bring their Event Loyalty Passport to every event or activity to have your point stamped.

• Participants can check how many stamped points in the Event Loyalty Passport. (1 stamp = 1 point)

• Browse the reward catalog and redeem your reward using the following methods:

  1. Website: Visit the provided website to explore the reward catalog.
  2. WhatsApp Business Catalog: Contact the WhatsApp Business number at 016-815-6282. Once connected, you can browse through the catalog directly within WhatsApp.

  To redeem a reward, contact the same WhatsApp Business number at 016-815-6282. Alternatively, you can add the reward to the cart from the WhatsApp Business catalog, and we will respond to your inquiry regarding the reward.

• Participants need to visit HQ to purchase a new passport for a fee of RM8.00. Please remember to bring your expired passport so that HQ staff can update the expiry date.

• If you lose your Shu Ren Event Passport, please contact us immediately. We will issue a replacement for a fee of RM16,the fee is double the original price to discourage loss. Participants will be informed once this is done, and points will be transferred to the new passport. 

   

• Memberships are generally non-transferable.

   

• You can cancel your membership by contacting our number. However, there will be no refund for canceling.
